North Coast Capital Corporation is headquartered in the North Valley II building located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The company was founded by Mark Fecher a former longtime officer of Federated Capital Corporation. The company raised capital in 2011 to fund lease transactions for general equipment and vehicles on a national level.  Mark started his career as a Detroit banker and is an expert in equipment leasing and financing.   He holds a J.D. Degree from Michigan State University College of Law (Detroit College of Law) 1985, M.B.A University of Detroit 1982 and B.A. Economics, Denison University 1978.
